Assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation are provided for minor injuries, muscular pain, and movement-related discomfort. Using primarily soft tissue therapy alongside a range of hands-on techniques, the focus is on reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting recovery. Each session includes a thorough assessment followed by a tailored and realistic rehabilitation plan designed to restore movement, rebuild strength, and help prevent recurring issues. The approach draws on many years of practical experience treating musculoskeletal problems.
