Oh I had a such a lovely haircut experience! Munazza did an amazing job! She was so sweet, professional and really understood what I wanted. I absolutely love my hair! Highly recommend her! Zulya Team are the best!

The massage experience was very great. But when I asked about the loyalty points policy since I have many points, the reception told me they are under new management and they don’t take the points anymore. But Fresha still giving the points after getting service, so what are the points for? If they don’t take the points anymore, this “loyalty point” at least needs to be removed so there is no more confusion. Edit: Zulya called me to clarify that my points still can be used, very fast response and I’m satisfied with it. Thank you.

I absolutely love my massages at Zulya Beauty Salon! Maya always starts exactly on time and gives you the full hour, so you never feel like she’s cutting corners or rushing through the treatment. She is incredibly professional and really knows what she’s doing. She manages to find and work out every knot in my back, and she pays attention to every little detail. I always leave feeling completely relaxed and like all the tension has disappeared. I also bought a massage package, which was definitely worth it. I highly recommend her to all the girls in Dubai! :)
