It was good and my nails were good, the feel and vibe of the place was off and the attitude towards me and my friend was unapproachable and my friend complained here nails were different shaped and because of the roughness of the technician she had multiple cuts around her fingers and a lot of the design was wonky and she was sat waiting for a while for her nails to be actually completed would not recommend again

Staff were amazing, did my nails exactly how I wanted and even gave me a £5 voucher as I had paid too much online! Great service x

Very fast and neat service, although I didn't need an appointment. Was a little disappointed that basic cuticle work wasn't included in the gel polish application. I'd overpaid slightly so a voucher was given for next time for the excess £3.
