Day-to-day life can be extremely stressful with demanding jobs, and not always getting adequate amounts of sleep takes a toll on both your emotional and physical well-being. Floating has become a popular way to unwind and relieve stress and has been clinically proven to improve your overall mental and physical health. Also referred to as sensory deprivation therapy, float therapy works by shutting out all external stimuli to place yourself in a total state of relaxation where you are free from all distractions.

Using pure essential oils to allow to the body to recover once the treatment is complete.

Upper body Massage

Relax with a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by a 30 minute ayuverdic facial massage to promote a natural lift and glow to the face.
Using pure essential oils to promote relaxation even once the treatment has finished.

Rejuvenate Massage Package

Pregnancy massage is suitable for all trimesters. 
12 weeks onwards the treatment will be done with the mother to be on her side instead of her front. 
I use blend of relaxing, grounding and pain relieving essential oils to allow the mother to fully relax and unwind.

Pregnancy Massage

Using 8 essential oils specifically chose to rebalance the body.
They are applied to the spine, back and soles of the feet using soft light touch.

*this is not a massage but can give an emotional response.

AromaTouch Technique 

A full body relaxing massage using pure essentials oil and fractionated coconut oil. 

Relaxing Full Body Massage

A hair oil is used for a scalp massage to begin the treatment. A short shoulder and neck massage to allow you to fully relax.
A blend of nourishing essential oils are used with apricot carrier oil.
The treatment involves using the pressure points to the face with a sweeping routine to create the natural lift and promotes drainage to the lymphatic system.
