**Deposit Policy**

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at least 36 hours prior to your appointment to secure your booking with us.


**Reschedule Policy**

 If you wish to reschedule, we require at  least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment for your deposit to be transferred to a future booking. You will be allowed to reschedule ONCE! 


**Late Fee**

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a late fee of $10 will be added to your total. After 25 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and can be rescheduled for a later date (if decided by the service provider)


**Preparation Requirements**

Clients must arrive with their nails and toes free from any product applied by another artist. However, a soak-off service can be added to your appointment for an additional fee.
