The Wellness Tower offers an exclusive hideaway, where guests can indulge in grounding foot rituals, immersive sound baths, botanical head spas and rejuvenating infrared sauna sessions. Each treatment is tailored to promote holistic wellbeing in a serene, private environment with a dedicated therapist. We can arrange small groups including sauna, treatments and nibbles.

First time in the Tower and it most definitely won’t be the last! Cat is incredible, so calm and confident and a Reiki expert. Colours, images and all round release and relaxation. If you’re a Reiki regular I can’t recommend Cat highly enough. And if you’ve never tried or are a bit nervous or skeptical, she will look after you. Thank you Cat xx

What a lovely, relaxing treatment in a beautifully calm space. The Autumn Spice Back Ritual was amazing and well worth doing. It was a proper treat and left me feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. My only negative comment is that I couldn't spend the rest of the day snoozing in the magical tower!

I loved the new Four Elements Ritual today. You're taken through each element, Earth, Fire, Water and Air, each introduced by a beautiful Koshi chime, with a different treatment to represent each element. I felt calmer, lighter and relaxed. It feels good for your wellbeing as well as being a really enjoyable treatment.
