I had a 1hr relaxation massage with Coco yesterday. She tried her best, which I appreciate. However, I felt that the massage could have been more targeted, as the therapist seemed to have difficulty identifying and working on the specific muscle groups that needed attention. I’ve been visiting the V Hotel Spa for years and have always had wonderful experiences, however, this session didn’t quite meet the usual standard I’ve come to expect. The massage felt more like a general, basic treatment rather than the quality of experience I’ve consistently enjoyed during my previous visits

Our spa massages are generally more relaxation-focused, unless performed by therapists with a remedial massage background, like some of your previous preferred therapists. Unfortunately, staff availability has been a challenge lately. We’d love to welcome you back and offer you a discount on your next visit.
