Take a Breather UK is a reflexology, massage and wellness business run by Chris Haddon from a beautiful, quirky narrowboat located in Poynton, Cheshire. A real hidden gem in a unique, private and tranquil environment with full bathroom facilities and log burning stove during winter months. Treatments are currently limited to prone position (lying on front) sessions and Reflexology to avoid contact time around the face. Free parking is available at the marina. If you head to SK12 1TH, Victora Pit Marina, Lyme Rd, Poynton, Stockport, following Lyme road round over the canal and the marina entrance gate is just past the first house on the left. If you are early, please feel free to park at the Nelson Pit Visitors Centre and grab a hot drink from Bailey's Trading Post on the canal side! Take a Breather also offer home visits, corporate on-site massage & wellbeing packages and guided meditation and calming practices for young minds within both Primary and High schools across the North West, UK.
