I had a cut and blowdry appointment with Charlene today and it's the best haircut experience I've ever had! I was nervous a bit nervous to cut my length off but she was absolutely lovely and understood exactly what I wanted. My hair looks so gorgeous and healthy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new style.

Omg I cannot put into words how happy I am with my hair! I went in with some pics of the kind of thing I had liked online, hoping for something vaguely similar, and left with my hair looking better than I had ever imagined and actually just like the pictures. He’s really nice and friendly as well, really funny to chat to and makes a great hot chocolate too! Probably the best haircut I’ve ever had in my LIFE! Thank you so much

I had a blow dry with Stephen for Chester races who kindly fitted me in last minute after injuring my arm! Loved my hair, it lasted all day despite the raging heat. Stephen was lovely, it was very nice to meet you 😊

Absolutely amazing. Kat has helped me with my hair when I attended her salon with extremely brittle and damaged hair. Poor work from another salon. She not only has done an amazing job of cutting my hair and getting it back in good condition. She is kind and a caring hairdresser who listens first and foremost. Thank you so so much 🙏🏼

I had a lovely cut and blow with treatment by Charlene who's been highlighting and restyling my hair for six years 😁. She has amazing skills, has taken my mid brown/chestnuty hair to ash blonde in that time and the condition is still super soft and bouncy. Best listener, communicator, colourist and stylist out there. Xx

I had a headspa and blow dry with Sarah; the room was dimmed with relaxing music and the beauty bed had been warmed for extra relaxation. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and relaxed; my hair and skin feel amazing. I will definitely be returning.

Superb. Turned up to have a curly blow dry, but it was so hot, we asked if we could just have a hair up do. Chloe and her colleague ( sorry didn’t catch the lovely girls name) were not phased at all by the change of plan and made a brilliant job of mine and my daughter’s hair. Best weekly blow dry ever! Always does what’s best for my hair while keeping me and my delusional hair choices happy. My hair was ruined November 2023 and now fast forward a year and my hair has never felt more healthier. We decided to put weft extensions into my hair and i will never ever look back because of how much it helped my hair out. Ruby is so good at what she does when it comes to extensions i’ve never been more happy w my hair!!

Sara was welcoming, attentive, friendly & professional. The Japenese Hair Spa was just lovely. From the subtle lighting, the wonderful heated blankets to the warm water jets, massage, lotions and lastly gorgeous blow dry. Different levels of massage pressure are available. So this treatment would be suitable for anyone looking to relax and ultimately leave looking and feeling fab!

I followed Paul from his last salon because he’s just that good! He makes me feel completely comfortable — before finding him I used to hate going to the hairdressers, but now I actually look forward to it. He’s genuinely interested in conversation and it’s always such fun to have a gossip while I’m in the chair. No one has ever cut my hair as well (or as quickly!) as Paul, and his blow dries are absolutely amazing — I always leave feeling so confident about myself. Thank you so much, Paul — see you soon!
