I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. I always come away feeling like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders….and with amazing nails! Laura and I joke that she’s also my therapist as well as my nail tech, but there’s some truth in this. Laura listens without judgement, works her magic every time on my nails, and we have a good laugh at the same time! Having your nails done is great for your nails but amazing for your soul…a bit of YOU time and also cheap therapy! Haha! This time my nails matched my coat (chosen due to going away to a cold country for a trip!) but they also matched most of my outfits I’d packed too!

Love my new restyle by April. Exactly how I wanted my hair. Fantastic cut and colours. April is a true professional and has lots of patience . I can't stop looking in the mirror at my shiny healthy hair.

5* as always! After a really stressful few weeks, I was looking forward to my appointment for some ‘me’ time. Laura just lets me sit and rant, whilst working her magic on my nails! I left feeling much more ready for Christmas, with beautiful nails, and a smile on my face. Thank you Laura, make sure you have a rest this Christmas as you work so hard and give 110% to every set of nails you do. Sorry that you became my therapist as well, but thank you for your support and understanding too! My nails are the ‘best bit’ of my body and make every outfit shine even brighter.

Tried the metallic powder over my gel nails today. Looks great. Really pleased with them.

Really gentle removal of gel polish, nails left looking great . As always so friendly and professional .
