We arrived around 230pm as we had paid an extra £40 (£20 each) to use the pool and hot tub prior to the treatment - unfortunately the hot tub was roasting hot and had to be closed which was disappointing given the extra payment. The treatment was ok but not the same as my daughter - as the treatment started she was asked if she wanted head massage; feet or decolage whilst her face mask was on - I did not receive this and was just left with the face mask - the treatment for me was also only 50 min max rather than the 60 minute paid.
