As a Bowen Therapist, I love to help people feel great! My approach is one of bringing the body into symmetry, through gentle Bowen moves. Throughout the treatment, I continually assess the body - my range of assessments helps me to pinpoint where the body is being pulled out of alignment, and treat that area.
