I would would like to thank Shushila Chatham at Escala Beauty for the best neck, back and shoulder massage this afternoon. I’m sure I thanked you before I left but as I was so relaxed and carrying far less shoulder knots I was quite close to floating 😁 Looking forward to seeing you in a weeks time. The service is always excellent! The first time I booked in for a full hair treatment with Molly (balayage, cut & finish) she genuinely transformed my hair and I loved it! I have recently had my hair done again and yes I waited until the salon was allowed back to open due to COVID. And I wasn’t disappointed as Molly has done a fabulous job with my hair again. Highly recommend! Molly is very professional and she always makes sure you feel comfortable and welcome.

As always a big warm welcome from everyone, even with my lovely toddler in full blown terrible 2's! Great consultation with Amy concerning some changes needed with hair care. I was able to purchase some new hair products to help at a very reasonable price. Lovely cut with Amy as usual and a great catch up too. Ella finished my hair to a fantastic standard really happy with how I looked coming out of the Salon. Everyone is so friendly here and it's such a relaxed environment, just what this burnt out Mama needed. So highly recommended.

Natasha is amazing at doing massages. She just puts on the right amount of pressure to work out any knots that are causing pain. Very highly skilled Beauty therapist. Will use her all the time now and on top of that she is a lovely person.

First time visiting this salon and WOW what a salon. I went in with a scruffy head of hair and came out feeling like a princess. This salon treats u like you are family you never feel odd or left out you feel like your part of a little group..Patrick is amazing at hair I would never go anywhere else now.
