1 ) Late Arrival (10 Minutes or Less): • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, priority will be given to clients without appointments who are waiting. You may need to reschedule or wait until we have an available slot. 2 ) Late Arrival (More Than 15 Minutes) with No Waiting Clients: •. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and there are no waiting clients, we will still accept you as a walk-in client. However, please note that this is subject to the availability of our schedule. 3 ) Do not Accept ( More then 20 Minutes ) .
