This was my first appointment with Pembrokeshire Osteopathy. Emma was very professional and reassuring. She carried out a thorough assessment and has come up with a plan to move things forward. The exercises I need to do were sent to me within a few hours. A very positive experience, I'm looking forward to making progress and my next appointment.
