Step 01: MASSAGE: Treatment begins with a gentle massage using pure sweet almond oil with herbal essential oil starting from feet, moving towards the thighs, and then to the back. (30 minutes)

Step 02: MASSAGE + BREAST CARE: Turn around to face upward. Therapist will apply oil from the thighs to the stomach and cover the upper body. 
This stage includes bust care. It will help to relieve any soreness, pain and lumps from breastfeeding. (30 minutes)

Step 03: OVARY CARE (Sengkak): Therapist will massage tummy with a herbal compress. (20 minutes)
