Recovery is essential for the body to function properly. Sports massages help aid recovery and relieve muscle tension.

Select from 30, 45 or 60 minutes. For several body parts, I recommend a 45 or 60 minute massage (e.g. back and legs).

Block of 6 sessions: acupuncture is most effective when received frequently. Book 6 sessions up front and only pay for 5!

Follow Up Appointment

If you have an injury that requires rehabilitating through exercise, our guided exercise rehabilitation sessions combine injury management with personal training.

Examples of this could include ankle strengthening following a sprain, lower back stability sessions after injury or post-surgery structure rehab.

If it is your first appointment, it is recommended to book an initial injury assessment so we can decide what the best course of action is to get your back to full fitness.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Visit us to get your injury or issue strapped up for additional support. All kinesiology taping appointments include extra-sticky tape to prolong the strapping's effects.

If you are struggling with an injury and would like a more thorough assessment, I recommend booking an "initial assessment" appointment which can also include taping if appropriate.
