I have been on the One2one diet for 40 weeks and have lost over 5 and a half stone (75lb) over halfway to my goal! Following this plan has changed my life and in such a short space of time I finally feel like I'm finding myself again after years of being trapped in my body and a yo-yo dieting cycle.
