My mahi goes beyond the physical. In each session, I bring traditional healing practices, while also connecting with wairua to receive and share messages that can bring insight, clarity, and direction to your life.

Every session is a sacred space. A place for release, restoration, and reconnection to your own mauri. The ability to pass on messages from wairua is a taonga, one that requires experience, spiritual discipline, and deep responsibility.

Aromatouch technique

Hapūtanga – Sacred Care for Māmā and Pēpi

Pregnancy is a time of deep wairua connection, transformation, and preparation. In te ao Māori, hapūtanga is honoured as a sacred journey where both māmā and pēpi are nurtured in body, mind, and spirit.

This session is a space of warmth and aroha. Created so you can rest, release tension, and strengthen the bond with your unborn pēpi.

You will leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more deeply connected with your pēpi.

Only available after the first trimester.
