Massage

In our Sports Massage sessions, you will be seen by one of our therapists, who will ask some questions which will help us to understand what could be causing the issue you have come in with. After this our therapist will take you through a posture assessment to see any type of imbalances which could be causing a problem. After the posture assessment we will focus on your current condition by carrying out some assessments to see what causes the pain. This will allow you and us to see if it’s a muscular or nerve problem. Once the massage treatment begins, we will use a hands-on method to really work through the muscle fibres to help the process of the muscle recovery.




Sports massage

Special Offer

 Our Sports Rehabilitation sessions are divided into two halves. For the first half we will carry out assessments and massage, whilst the other half will be recovery stretches/exercises to help the muscle recover and rebuild. In this session we want you to feel comfortable and confident in the process from injury to full fitness. It can take a long time to really get back to peak fitness so we will be advising and directing you to help get back to your sport. The reason we spilt this session is to try and work into the muscle belly or mobilise the joint. This will allow us to see where the pain is and we will be able to locate the area that we need to be strengthening when starting the rehab sessions.
