The healing Tibetan Goddess singing bowl will be placed on you, so that the vibrations flow wherever they are needed, whilst you release and relax.

Fully clothed/ no oil massage. Fusion of Deep Tissue, Swedish & no oil techniques including pressing, kneading, rocking, binding, wrapping - using hands, elbows, forearms, feet, knees & Rebozo (handwoven cloth). Can be done on the massage table or floor based.

Wellness with friends

A delightful fusion of Reiki & Sound therapy to clear the Chakras and assist with the movement, shifting & balancing of your energies.
Naomi will assess your energy centres and work energetically with Reiki and Shamanic healing techniques. She uses large Tibetan Goddess bowls, 7 TIbetan chakra bowls, shamanic drum, gong, Tingshas, Koshi bells and vocal toning to  vibrationally clear away any blocked energy. This is a fully clothed treatment.

Balance Reiki & Sound 

Sound & Energy

For those actively wishing to conceive. This massage will help physiologically to stimulate blood flow to the pelvis, balance the endocrine system and soothe the nervous system. This is a sacral, digestive and womb massage using hands on soft tissue techniques and hands off rebozo techniques to rock, wrap and bind the pelvis. The initial consultation will take up to 2 hours and subsequent treatments are 90 minutes. 
Movement, meditation and lifestyle advice will also be given.

Fertility Massage

Experience a Closing the bones massage ceremony at any time in your life - when you need to honour a right of passage, bring closure to, recognise and own major events in your life or times of great upheaval, distress or joy that change us.
The ribs, abdomen, hips, womb and upper body are massaged with warming & nourishing oils. A traditional Rebozo/manta/shawl is used to gently rock the whole body, sifting, wrapping and binding - especially the hips - which stimulates circulation & energy and promotes physical, mental, emotional healing. 

Once bound in 8 ceremonial hand-weaved rebozos, you are held in a cocoon-like space, in a manner that feels appropriate (between us): in silence, meditation, guided meditation, visualisation, with sound healing or energy work.

This massage encourages gentle healing in the postnatal period - to allow the whole you to rest, restore and be nurtured. New parents are often crying out for attention  in the first few months of having baby - caring for yourself is caring for your baby. 
We work gently to encourage the release of muscle memory of birth and give you the time and space to process this amazing time of life. We will combine hands on soft tissue massage techniques on the back and front of the body with rebozo (handwoven shawl) techniques to gentle rock, wrap and bind the body.

New Mama Massage

Massage is an essential aspect of your post surgery care.

Easing discomfort & improving movement

Many women experience pulling, tingling and numbness around the scar area, which can cause discomfort elsewhere in your body, such as your chest, back and pelvic floor. This can be exaggerated if you suffer from any infections.

This is because scar tissue naturally forms at the incision site and without proper care, tissues can become dense, tight, potentially leading to pain and discomfort. Massage will soften and break down scar tissue, reducing its impact on your body.


C-section Scar Massage Therapy

Postpartum Closing the Bones is done in the first few months of birth (a minimum of 6 hours postpartum!*

Closing the Bones encourages the internal organs return to their natural space and the muscles and ligaments around the belly to relax, improving circulation, supporting lymphatic drainage, breastfeeding and the removal of excess fluids.
