Not only my therapist in beauty respects, but also in every other aspect for many years. From having zero brows and missing lashes to now having monthly maintenance to keep them in check! A La Mode is a very friendly, welcoming salon, worthy of a 5 star rating. Their online booking system is so quick and easy to use. The salon is beautifully decorated to a very high standard. I had an eyebrow tint and tidy (with a patch test, 48 hours before) with Julie, who is an excellent beauty therapist, she is very friendly and always makes me feel relaxed. Whether it is an eyebrow tidy, massage, facial or a gel manicure that I treat myself to, I always leave feeling and looking a million times better.I will be returning very soon for more pampering.

From the minute I walked into the salon I felt so comfortable. All the staff and other customers were so chatty so the environment was nothing but friendly and welcoming. My treatments were fantastic! They look their time and made sure I was satisfied throughout. This was my first visit but it definitely will not be my last!

I've been wanting to get my eyebrows 'done' for a few years now, but have never found a salon where I was impressed enough with their work to book. Gigi has been doing my nails for a few months now, and is brilliant, the best ever, professional and such a perfectionist. So, when she told me she also did Phi Brows, and I saw pics of her clients I was really impressed and booked in. I'm so glad I did! I'm so pleased with them, they look so natural. Gigi is an artist, she measures + photographs every angle, every hair stroke to ensure perfection. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed

Natalie is absolutely delightful - she is polite, friendly and super cheerful without being overbearing. She reads people very well, excellent customer service. On top of that, my nails are perfect, and they last beautifully for ages. I have a two hour round trip to visit the salon. Very happy, excellent experience, highly recommend.

First experience of a proper manicure and pedicure as a Mother's Day gift from my family. Don't normally bother about my nails apart from cutting them. Enjoyed it so much I booked up again yesterday. Helen was excellent. Professional, friendly and skillful. She made sure I was comfortable and double checked I was happy with my chosen nail colours and willing to remove it if I wasn't happy after she'd started. I'm considering a gift voucher for my friend. The new premises are also really nice. I highly recommend Helen Elizabeth Beauty.
