Lovely little treatment room inside the hotel - which has parking, so a bonus, just remember to add your number plate onto their system. My nails look great, and it was a lovely experience all round! The gel builder has also given strength to my nails, which I love, and there is a good number of colours, so deciding which one to go for takes a little time!

Jess was very helpful and professional carrying out my first haircut at the salon today.

I've been wanting to get my eyebrows 'done' for a few years now, but have never found a salon where I was impressed enough with their work to book. Gigi has been doing my nails for a few months now, and is brilliant, the best ever, professional and such a perfectionist. So, when she told me she also did Phi Brows, and I saw pics of her clients I was really impressed and booked in. I'm so glad I did! I'm so pleased with them, they look so natural. Gigi is an artist, she measures + photographs every angle, every hair stroke to ensure perfection. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed

Amazing gel nails, super friendly and professional

Natalie is absolutely delightful - she is polite, friendly and super cheerful without being overbearing. She reads people very well, excellent customer service. On top of that, my nails are perfect, and they last beautifully for ages. I have a two hour round trip to visit the salon. Very happy, excellent experience, highly recommend.

Amazing! Mia is lovely and made me feel comfortable straight away. The salon is a gorgeous space. Amazing quality nail work with lots of tips and tricks. She also makes/sells the most wonderful smelling cuticle oil to keep your nails in perfect condition. Already counting down to my next appointment x

So happy with my nails. Annabelle is friendly and instantly put me at ease. At no point was my appointment awkward. Her salon is a peaceful and relaxing environment. High standard of work, I would highly recommend.

Gigi is fabulous. Her Russian manicures easily last for 3 weeks with hardly any re-growth, my nails look gorgeous, every time! Her home salon is lovely, spotlessly clean and she has so many colours and designs to choose from. She's also a lovely person, really friendly and I look forward to my visits.

Today I had a pamper package with the wonderful Kenzie. I had my favourite gel polish flamingo 🦩 on my fingernails followed by a deep cleansing & relaxing luxury facial. The day was completed with a fabulous back, neck & shoulder massage where Kenzie worked on the knots in my shoulders & lower back. Fantastic treatments thank you Kenzie 💕🥰

This is a lovely place that I found whilst I was trying to find my forever place. I had the luxury manicure and it was fantastic. Had a paraffin wax, cuticle work and massage done. My hands look so much better. The place is clean and well kept. You get to have your own nail file with your name written on it. Elizabeth is very professional and knows what she’s doing. She looked at my nails and explained what she was going to do. Besides, she advised me on one of my nails which has a line on it that makes it split. I booked my next appointment already and can’t wait to go back.

My eyebrows look the best they've looked in Years! Caitlin was so lovely the whole time and really looked after me. The salon is super clean and smells nice which I really appreciate. My eyebrows are very dense and the hair itself is pretty wiry, making me feel like I looked a bit werewolf-like, and somehow Caitlin has made them look feminine! It's a miracle! and my eyes look bigger. All I have to say is if you are considering booking, do it. Looking forward to returning in a few weeks :) xxx
