Hey girl, not you just changed the review twice and blatantly lie. 

Firstly I did explain the basics of aftercare, and since this wasn’t your first time, I didn’t need to go into extensive detail. 

Regarding the stinging, You didn’t say anything about it in the moment, but if it hurt, I apologize for that! 🥺. However, it was a full set removal which can happen, and you didn’t book a removal ahead of time, which put me on a tight schedule for my next clients. Still, I’m sorry if it caused any discomfort. 

As for the misunderstanding about waiting, I never asked you to wait downstairs. I simply inform, “When you're ready, you can go to level G,” as that’s where your Grab was picking you up. You agreed and left without any issues.

It's disappointing to see the review being changed to reflect something different from what actually happened. I sincerely hope no other service provider has to experience this type of treatment from a client. How disappointing.

in terms of service could be better;

- literally told the lash tech this was my 2nd time doing lashes, she didnt even teach me anything bout aftercare or anything at all 🤣 when she removed my prev lashes, she got the water thingy in my eye which stung as hell, didnt even say sorry lmaoo
- next when the lashes were done, i wanted to take some selfies (obv) & waited for my grab but nahh she was like um u can wait downstairs like yikes interesting service xD
- i mean w the price i expected better service too but nope

overall i love my lashes, the lash tech understood what i wanted so yeay

Got my usual kylie wet set and they eat as always😩 the precision and detail that go into these lashes are unmatched (+ the playlist is fire im always singing along in my head). Also got my brows waxed here for the first time and I will never go anywhere else!!!! Put my whole family on🩷 will forever be loyal to you guys
