Taking break from nail enhancement is needed because one would bump into things and continuously picking and removing their nails with their teeth( yes I see )
It’s also important to not develop bad habits such as nail bitting 
The buff and shine combo comes with mandatory soak ( feet) and gel overlay for both hands and feet 
A hand massage is optional
