Tension Tamer - Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage

The Thai method uses point pressure, muscle stretching and compression.  It is both relaxing and very stimulating as the deep tissue work relieves aching muscles and the gentle rocking motion of the massage brings about deep relaxation.  You will feel refreshed and also very centred and grounded after your treatment.  This treatment is carried out over clothes in a seated position using an onsite massage chair.
