If you have any aches or pains an initial consultation and assessment will be performed to identify the cause of your pain and how to reduce this. This can be done through a variety of treatment techniques, which commonly includes- massage, joint mobilisations, prescribed exercise and movement education. Perhaps you are not in pain but simply want to improve your technique with exercises and education or improve your overall mobility!
