I groom from a private salon space inside a quiet, welcoming factory setting. It’s not your typical grooming salon—there’s no hustle and bustle, no overwhelming noise. For that polished, just-groomed look without a full haircut, our Feathering Scissor Tidy-Up is the perfect solution. Using professional feathering shears, we gently trim and shape your dog’s coat for a natural, blended finish — no harsh lines or choppy cuts!

This service is ideal for:
✨ Shaping around the face, feet, tail, and legs
✨ Smoothing out uneven areas
✨ Maintaining a soft, flowy look between full grooms
✨ Dogs with feathered coats like Golden Retrievers, Border collies, and Aussie Shepherds

Feathering scissors allow for precision grooming while preserving your dog’s natural style — keeping them looking clean, neat, and effortlessly cute.

Feathering 

✂️ Rehab Groom – $60 (Add-On)
No judgment here — I know life gets hectic! But for oodle breeds, going over 12–14 + weeks without grooming usually means matting, even if the coat looks okay on top. If your dog’s coat can’t be safely brushed out, a shave-down is needed.

This $60 rehab fee is the base charge for all shave-downs and is added to your usual groom price. It covers:
• Extra time for safe grooming
• Equipment wear
• Managing discomfort and sensitive pups

➕ If the coat is severely matted or takes longer due to behaviour, an additional matting fee may apply. Final price will vary.

🔔 Please let me know ahead of time if your dog is matted or overdue. These grooms require more time.

After a rehab groom, dogs should return on a 4–6 week schedule depending on coat length and brushing at home to prevent matting and added fees. Keeps dogs happy and feeling their best.

Matted Coat Removal Fee

Matting can be painful for your dog and adds extra time and care to the grooming process. To ensure your pet’s comfort and safety, a matted coat fee will be added to the standard grooming price when needed.

Matting Fees:
	•	Mild Matting: +$15–$25
	•	Moderate Matting: +$25–$45
	•	Severe Matting / Full Shave-down: +$45–$80+

This fee covers:
	•	Extra time required
	•	Specialized tools and care techniques
	•	Safety and comfort-focused handling

We’ll always assess your dog’s coat before grooming and discuss any additional charges with you first. Regular brushing at home and frequent grooming appointments can help prevent matting and keep your pup happy and healthy!

Sensitive Dog Wash – Shampoo & Conditioner Add-On 🫧

Perfect for pups with delicate skin or allergies, our Sensitive Dog Wash is a gentle and soothing treatment designed to cleanse without irritation. We use premium, hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner specially formulated for sensitive skin, free from harsh chemicals, dyes, and fragrances.

What’s included:

💧 Moisturizing conditioner to soothe and protect

Keep your pet’s nails neat and healthy with a gentle nail trim or dermal service, available at 9AM. For easy scheduling, please request several preferred days/dates, and I’ll coordinate your appointment around existing grooming bookings for a smooth visit.

⏱️ Extra Time/Difficult Dog Handling Fee 🐾

At our grooming salon, your dog’s comfort and safety are always our top priority. While most pups enjoy their spa day, some may need a little extra patience, care, or time to get through the grooming process safely — and that’s okay!

If a dog is overly anxious, uncooperative, aggressive, or requires frequent breaks, we may need to spend significantly more time to ensure a calm, safe experience for both your pet and our groomers.

This additional time and care may involve:
🐶 Working slowly to build trust
🛑 Pausing to avoid overwhelming your pup
🧹 Additional cleanup or equipment resets

Why is there a fee?
Providing this level of care often takes much longer than a standard appointment. The fee reflects the extra time, effort, and attention needed to make grooming a positive (and safe!) experience for your dog — and helps us stay on schedule for all our furry clients.

Behavioural (non-compliant)

You will be notified via text when your furbaby is ready for collection. Please note that after the text has been sent, you will have 20 minutes to collect your pup. A late collection fee of $20 if not collected within that time frame. Any additional minutes is $1 per minute. For the safety of your furbaby and others, dogs will be crated while waiting.
