Refill: Basic maintenance and a freshen-up, including complimentary repairs for up to 2 nails.
Rebalance: Typically needed every 4 visits to correct nails growing downward.
Reshape/Not My Work: For drastic shape changes (e.g., square to almond) or when correcting nails that weren’t done by me (usually from mall salons).

The process includes Russian cuticle prep, which involves detailed trimming and cleaning to ensure a clean and polished look.
