It was easy to park nearby - the appointment started on time. I guess I would have liked Preet to confirm with me verbally my name and that I had booked online for a Hybrid Lash tint (it wasn’t just a basic one? I don’t know the difference but it cost more- so I would have liked to know that was what I was getting)
