- All appointments will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $20.
Appointments will not be confirmed without a deposit. Failure to make your deposit less than TWO (2) days prior to your appointment will result in cancellation. 
Deposits can be made via Cash, CIBC 1st Pay, Sagicor Bank or Scotiabank transfer.

- Sunrise and late night appointments (10pm-7am) are welcomed for an additional fee. Please book under the category provided. 

- Absolutely NO EXTRA GUESTS unless they are being serviced as well.

- You will NOT be able to make future bookings if you fail to show up for your appointment without at least giving notice. You will be marked as a NO SHOW.

- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you may do so at least 24 hours 
 prior to your appointment.

- A late fee of $10 will be added to your service if you arrive after the 15 minute grace period. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
