Absolute perfection. Helen works her magic from the second she greets you. So very warm and friendly. You are at ease straight away. She explains your treatment with such passion, she really does just want the best experience for her clients. The infra red Indian head massage was just the most divine treatment I left feeling relaxed but also pampered. I will most definitely be returning again and again.

It was amazing and so relaxing, Helen is lovely explained everything before we started as never had one before, I was a bit worried as lost my son in April and when my body and mind stop I tend to cry explained it all to Helen she put me at ease. I didn’t cry I actually fell asleep instead it was first time in along time I felt so relaxed. Would definitely recommend it.

Went for the mind and scalp rebalance - it was gorgeous. I’ve had a lot of treatments from different spas but I think this was my favourite! So relaxing can’t wait to go back at some point.
