It was amazing and so relaxing, Helen is lovely explained everything before we started as never had one before, I was a bit worried as lost my son in April and when my body and mind stop I tend to cry explained it all to Helen she put me at ease. I didn’t cry I actually fell asleep instead it was first time in along time I felt so relaxed. Would definitely recommend it.

Went for the mind and scalp rebalance - it was gorgeous. I’ve had a lot of treatments from different spas but I think this was my favourite! So relaxing can’t wait to go back at some point.
