Fantastic appointments with Laura. Very happy with my colour on my first visit. After booking a consultation with her, she knew what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Then priced up extensions and was booked in for fitting the following week. Absolutely love the overall finished look. Service amazing. Thank you!

Never normally leave reviews but really had to on this occasion, I had my lashes done by Dannielle who not only made you feel so relaxed she really took her time making sure my lashes were perfect, I would highly recommend Dannielle for lashes to anybody, thank you so much Danielle I love my lashes 😊

Chloe is more than a lash tech—she’s a true friend. She’s caring, an amazing listener, and always makes me feel comfortable and uplifted. Visiting JSP is part of my self-care routine; I leave every time feeling 1000% better and already counting down to the next appointment. The salon is calming, and Chloe’s attention to detail is unmatched. I’m so grateful I found JSP—it's more than beauty, it’s therapy. If you haven’t visited JSP you’re missing out.

Always in love with my lashes, best lash tech I’ve had by far

Emma did brow lamination for me, absolutely love them as always. Emma is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable throughout and always makes my eyebrows look amazing. 100% recommend!!

Thank you for making me feel amazing !! Love my lashes so natural and fluffy. Always get so many compliments. Love our chats always laugh and giving me a therapy session!

Chrissy is excellent at what she does. She really listens to how you want your lashes to be and I have never had any irritation with my eyes. After having my lashes done by other lash artists, I can honestly say she is my favourite. I would not go anywhere else now.

I walked into JSP anxious about changing from my last salon.From day one there was nothing but kindness and reassurance. 5 years on I have always had the best experience and 5* treatments . I visit every 2 weeks for my lashes and I am always made up with the outcome . It is always a pleasure and I look forward to coming to wind down with the relaxing ambience and the brilliant service.
