This booking allows enough time for up to 2 sites to be strapped (e.g. shoulder + knee).

Tapes used include rigid, Elastic Adhesive Bandage and K-tape.

Rigid Tape:
Non-stretchy with strong adhesive; offers robust support for immobilization in sports.
Ideal for joint support but may restrict movement; durable compared to elastic bandages.

Elastic Adhesive Bandage:
Stretchable with adhesive; provides moderate support with flexibility and compression.
Commonly used for wrapping joints and securing dressings; offers comfort and conformity to body contours.

Kinesio Tape:
Thin, stretchy cotton with acrylic adhesive; supports joints with full range of motion in rehabilitation.
Applied along muscles and ligaments; may offer therapeutic benefits such as pain reduction and improved muscle function.
