A whole hour of soothing and relaxing massage incorporating long, slow movements which will gently ease the stress and tension either in a specific area or a full body experience. This massage covers your back, neck, shoulder, legs (back and front), feet (optional), arms, hands and tummy (optional). This gentle session includes a soothing Indian Head massage techniques across the face and scalp.

Indian head massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure and friction on the head, neck, shoulders and top of back. These techniques are used to improve scalp and hair condition. This holistic massage is personally tailored to you. I will blend specific essential oils that will work on any issues you may have. There will also be a steamy bowl of water, with essential oils dropped in, placed underneath your face for you to inhale as you relax.
