Your card is not charged at the time of booking, it's just used to secure/confirm the booking. Payments are processed at the end of the treatment, or at the start in the case of a late cancellation or no show.

*Waiting List*
If the calendar shows no availability on your preferred day, please add yourself to the waiting list- I will contact you immediately if something becomes available. 

*Gift Vouchers & Block Bookings*
If you wish to redeem a gift voucher or a pre-paid block session, please book a standard session for the specified time on the voucher.  
In the comment section, please detail the voucher number and expiry date- I will manually adjust/remove the fee once these details have been received.

*48 Hour Notice*
