I am so happy with my new eyebrows! Polly followed the shape of my eyebrow, or how they should be, so that they frame my face perfectly. Polly is very knowledgeable about permanent makeup and I felt I could trust her to make the right choices for me. She is also lovely and personable making the whole experience very relaxing and pampering. Would highly recommend and now I’m planning on getting my eyeliner and lips done 😁💋

Polly has done an amazing job with my eyebrows! They look so natural but 1000% better than they were - I have ‘bushy’ eyebrows for the first time in my life 😍 Polly is super talented & a lovely person too. I was nervous, having taken about 2 years to get up the courage to book this procedure, but Polly was so supportive & clearly explained everything involved. She answered all my questions & made sure I was comfortable. During my appointment she put me at ease & explained what she was doing every step of the way. Highly recommend Polly for your semi-permanent make-up needs.

My first facial, it was amazing. Kate is a real pro and instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She took her time and has the most gentle and soft touch, I could have stayed there all evening. My skin feels amazing and she didn’t try to push the products on me either. Would definitely recommend

Kate was vey patient and calming for my first experience with Lash Up. Once underway, I was very relaxed as Kate explained each procedure.

What can I say,apart from brilliant,Anita micro bladed my eyebrows as I had in my younger days in the 90s plucked the living daylights out of them,she marked them out,made adjustments so I was happy with them before she micro bladed,made sure I’m felt calm as I have anxiety,nothing was too much trouble,totally recommend,5 stars!
