I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Mel and discussing my needs and hearing her suggestions of what might be causing them.. She started some massage which was not too deep, at my request, and this eased some tension so hopefully, she will continue to develop this in future appointments. I left feeling very much more cheerful and hopeful that my problems could be improved in time. Mel is a very cheerful, friendly person who seems to have a deep knowledge of the human body and how problems with its parts can occur. I really look forward to my future appointment(s).

It was my first time doing reiki and I loved it, I felt at peace with myself and everything around me as well as a weight had been lifted off me. Would recommend to everyone that needs to feel less stressed and anxious. I will definitely do it again!
