A hot-and-cold circuit sets Exhale Yamba apart, pairing magnesium pools with infrared saunas and ice baths for a visit that can shift between warmth and a cold plunge. The spa also offers relaxation, remedial and myofascial release massages, with reviewers noting focused work on tight areas.
