At CORE, we believe recovery is more than rest. Our communal space is designed to help you rejuvenate your body, energise your mind and optimise your performance. Whether you're winding down after a tough workout, recovering after sport or simply taking time to reset, CORE is your space to restore both body and mind through the powerful benefits of compression and contrast therapy. CORE - a community built on shared goals of wellness, self-care and performance. Find your CORE. Please bring your own towel to the session. If you forget, towels are available for hire at a cost of $5.
