De dame zelf is lief en geduldig. De twee duimen beginnen alle twee te scheuren aan de zijkant. De biab is veel te dun aangebracht. Je kan de nagels gewoon buigen. Ik gebruik handschoenen en heb geen zwaar werk verricht. Het is zaterdag gedaan en zondag waren er al twee scheuren. Ik ben teleurgesteld. Ik ben wel tevreden met het design.

Ze verwijderen de eeltplekken heel vakkundig, zonder te diep te gaan of mijn voeten daarna gevoelig te laten aanvoelen. Mijn voeten voelen altijd heerlijk zacht en fris aan, en de lavendel-muntfinish is echt een fijne extra. Ik ga elke keer helemaal ontspannen en opgefrist weg. Zeker een aanrader!
