After my own journey with health concerns I found that by learning to work with my body, using natural and holistic solutions plus finding the root cause of the problem brought the best results. This led on to a journey of learning more about the importance of keeping our body in a place of balance and how to best support this, the body has an inbuilt capacity to heal itself we just need to give it the right tools. Reflexology is just one of the ways in which we can do this.

A truly beautiful experience this afternoon. I had a session of facial reflexology which I had never had before. Complete bliss & had the best night's sleep ! Didn't wake up once at all x many thanks Julie x highly recommended xx
