First Consultation (any type of treatment)

A Holistic Remedial Massage is a therapeutic treatment that combines the clinical focus of remedial massage with a whole-body, whole-person approach to wellbeing. It aims not only to relieve physical tension and pain but also to restore balance to the mind and body.

During the session, therapist will assess areas of muscle imbalance, tightness, and restriction, using a range of techniques such as deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, and gentle relaxation methods. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, addressing both the symptoms and their underlying causes—whether they stem from posture, stress, injury, or lifestyle factors.

Unlike a purely clinical remedial massage, the holistic approach also considers emotional and energetic aspects of tension, promoting deep relaxation, improved circulation, and a sense of overall harmony. You may leave the session feeling lighter, more grounded, and with improved mobility and body awareness.

Often using oils, it can also nourish the hair and scalp. The practice is both soothing and invigorating, often used to balance energy and enhance overall well-being.
