Revive Holistic Therapy

Holistic Therapies including Massage are a perfect way to find more balance and harmony in your life and improve your general sense of wellbeing. If you need to relieve physical stress related symptoms including muscular aches and pains, hormonal imbalance, insomnia, anxiety and brain fog then a Revive Holistic Therapy could be for you. My treatments include Holistic Treatments tailored to your needs, aswell as Specialist Massages, and Stress Management and Mindfulness sessions. All treatments are carried out following an assessment of your general health. Revive is based within a Personal Training centre, but is open to members and non members. however non members can be given a free trial period at the BMPT and discounted membership. Free parking is available including disabled access parking. There is a comfortable waiting area where you can relax before and after your massage. Most treatments can also be carried out in the comfort of your own home. Gift Vouchers are available from £10. A £10 deposit is taken for all new bookings.
