•If you don’t get a reply from the salon please message via WhatsApp, Facebook or instagram. As I don’t always have the salon phone on me.
• new clients, you will be asked if you have visited before click YES. This is because I get charged a fee for each new client. If you book via FRESHA and do not click yes the fee will be added onto your booking.
• We prefer cash but do accept card payments.
• Please arrive on time, if you arrive early and see I have a client please wait until the client has left.
• No children are permitted to enter the salon.
• We have a 10 minute grace period, if you do not arrive within this time frame your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
• Any cancellations under 48 hours, your booking fee will be lost and you will need to pay the remaining balance.
