Masseter Botox, Teeth grinding botox can result in a slimmer jawline profile as well as reduce the incidence of teeth grinding.

Apart from facial treatments, Botox can also be used to treat hyperhidrosis, also known as excessive sweating. This refers to an abnormal amount of sweating in any part of the body and can't be remedied by antiperspirants. Botox is injected into the area where you sweat excessively and will relax the overactive sweat glands.

The procedure only takes a few minutes, depending on the area where you'll get injected and it will take over a week for total dryness to occur. The effects will last anywhere from seven to twelve months, varying on the size of the sweating are and genetics.

Botox is a recognised and approved treatment for migraines/chronic headaches.
We advise patients to consult their GP in the first instance for treatments and investigations into severe/worrying/persistent headaches. Where patients have had a full check-up and diagnosis and tried other treatments, then Botox may provide an alternative option with potentially longer-lasting benefits.
