The treatment starts with Indian head massage: focusing on the shoulders, neck, face and scalp; Acupressure points and Ayurvedic Marma points are stimulated to create balance within the mind and body – combined with various massage techniques to help ease stress and tension. 
A mental Reiki healing will follow. The Reiki practice acts in particular where there are deficiencies and imbalances, on the physical level in case of illness, on the mental, emotional and evolutionary level of the treated person. The mental treatment focuses in particular in calming the mind, helps to reduce overthinking and anxiety.
To conclude, a final cuddle on the feet with reflexology massage based on the map of our body with the stimulation of acupressure points and energy meridians.
