It’s all about you so any time booked for massage will be based on your individual needs.  Each massage will be client centred and tailored to you! following a quick discussion regarding what you want to gain from your massage I will ensure these needs are met. You may have never received a massage before or just not sure what the best method is to treat you should it be an injury or tension related or both.  Techniques such as Swedish, relaxing, deep tissue, aromatherapy & hot stones will all be an option at the time of your visit to ensure all areas are covered even your scalp can be included as part of your time. I always give at least 15/30 mins in between each client to ensure you get your full treatment time however that does depend if you arrive on time for your appointment.
