This non-invasive treatment targets pressure points on the feet which correlate to certain organs in the body. With over 7000 nerve endings in each foot, Reflexology can help to combat a range of health complaints, including insomnia, stress & anxiety, IBS & digestive health, and chronic pain.

All health benefits aside, this is a lovely relaxing massage treatment for the feet, using either lotion or an organic Reflexology balm. 

A bespoke Reflexology treatment focusing on reproductive health, calming the nervous system, and hormonal balance. This treatment can be used in conjunction with IVF treatment or natural conception. 

Fertility Reflexology 

This deeply relaxing treatment can address some of the physical and emotional symptoms of menopause, including sleeping issues, anxiety, stress, and hot flushes, without the side effects of harsh medications.
