A bit disappointed because i love this place,I usually get my brows threaded every month at a different salon, i tried to do it here for the first time but sadly im not satisfied with the result, the artist seemed like a beginner and it didn’t turn out as good as i always get it

We're really sorry to hear your brows didn't turn out the way you hoped—especially since you already love coming here. Your experience matters to us and this isn't the result we want for you. we will keep it in mind for future appointments and hope you don't judge us on your first experience with brow threading Basecoat
